The approach controller will clear you ILS-Z or LOC-Z approach at or before EVMEN (for SONUP 1H, NEXAM 1H, ATSAL 1H, KEKIK 1H, ERFES 1H, SOTIV 1H arrivals). However, eastern and 1D STARs do have downwind and pilots are required to continue flying downwind, maintaining heading after BS122. Approach controller will vector you for final.
